Role Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to oversee the administration of the Performance Centre, working with the Centre director to ensure all player and coach databases are up to date. Lead the communication with key partners such as West Wales Women and Girls League and Local Clubs along with the Area Association. Support the organisation of both home and away fixtures and lastly ensuring player welfare and safeguarding is of the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Key roles and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Complete databases for players and coaches with key information
Develop working relationship with League and Area Association
Attend centre training sessions on time.
Be available to take the team on match days.
Ensure the correct equipment is available for training/ match days.
Ensure all players get the opportunity to play within the centre team (inclusive of equal playing time).
Adhere to the centre code of conduct for coaches.
Inform parents and players of training/ match details and other correspondence
Inform players and parents of events (e.g. fundraising) within the centre.
Be a role model to all players.
Regularly update the girl’s leagues within West Wales via report and meetings
Attend meetings that involve the Performance Centre and Girls Football
Develop working relationships with Schools FA and other Girls Coaching Centres
Skills & Experience:

§ FAW ‘C” Certificate
Experience of developing and maintaining working relationships
§ Experience of administration work within football
§ Demonstrable Leadership and management qualities.
§ Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
§ Commitment to work unsociable hours.
